If you are not seeing ‘Manage offline files‘ window in Windows 7 Home edition it’s because of the fact that Windows 7 does not support offline files feature. Offline files feature is supported in only the following Windows 7 editions.
- Windows 7 Ultimate
- Windows 7 Enterprise
- Windows 7 Professional.
The following Windows 7 editions does not support offline files.
- Windows 7 Home
- Windows 7 Home Premium
- Windows 7 Starter
Use Microsoft Synctoy for Sync files. Is goog and FREE.
But offline files and Synctoy are for different purpose altogether. Synctoy does synchronization of two folders. Offline files provides access to network shares even if you are not connected to network. It also syncs your offline mode modifications to the server files.
Is there anything someone can do to enable Windows 7 Home Premium to share files and folders offline? please I really need help right now…
